A great way to get in touch with your customers is to simply ask them for their feedback.  Our ZingForm system offers customizable forms for just that purpose.  It can be as simple as an email sign up, customer information form, or a feedback tool about your site, products, or services.

You can not only define the fields used on the form, but you can control data validation and ensure what you're getting is truly useful.  The data you collect on your forms can easily be exported so you can load it into a spreadsheet or other software.  ZingForm can be integrated with the ZingSite content management system to provide interactive capabilities on your web site, and can be used in conjunction with the ZingSurvey system to better understand what your customers want and need.
